Fairfield, CA (March 10, 2010) –Scientific Food Solutions (SFS) and Nutritional Impact Corporation (NIC) have signed a trademark license and material supply agreement for NIC to provide FAST-C™ in a soft gel delivery system to both the US and Canadian markets.

 “We spent years developing FAST-C, conducting clinical studies, and working on partnerships to strategically introduce this innovative product that we believe will eclipse other Vitamin C ingredients,” said Scientific Food Solutions President Gretchen Reece. “This recent agreement, and the validation we are receiving in nominations and awards, confirms that our vision is starting to be realized.”

FAST-C, the patent pending Vitamin C ingredient innovated by Scientific Food Solutions and distributed by E.T. Horn in partnership as Alkemy Partners, is one of three finalists for the 2010 NutrAward for the Best New Ingredient, and recipient of the NBJ 2009 Scientific Achievement Award.
