Nutrasource Diagnostics Inc. (NDI) is pleased to announce the receipt of one of two contracts awarded by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) in response to the Request for Proposal (#01B68-9-0559) for Systematic Scientific Literature Reviews to Assess the Validity of a new Food Health Claim in Canada.
NDI’s proposal, entitled “Pulses and Cardiovascular Disease”, will provide a gap analysis of existing human clinical research in order to determine limitations of the existing research on pulses and provide guidance for future clinical research in order to establish a foodhealth relationship between pulses and cardiovascular disease.
NDI is also pleased to announce their collaboration with Pulse Canada on this Systematic Scientific Literature Review, to ensure that the resulting Literature Review is readily available to the Canadian Pulse Industry.
Nutrasource Diagnostics Inc. is a third party contract research organization which services the natural health product, functional food/beverage and agri-food industries. NDI is located in the University of Guelph Research Park in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
