The initial Gelcaps(R) offering in the US consists of ten dietary supplement softgels; among them are Cod Liver Oil, Fish Oil, Lecithin, Zinc and Vitamin D3. The Primero la Familia line will also contain two popular cosmetic products. The familiar amber bottles with the iconic Gelcaps(R) label will be instantly recognizable as a product from "home" for Mexican-Americans.

Midway Importing Inc. of Houston, Texas, is the largest importer and distributor of Hispanic health and beauty care products in the United States, servicing over 30,000 stores, including CVS, Rite-Aid, Sam's Club, Walgreens and Walmart, in 42 states. Banner will collaborate with Midway in the development of marketing and advertising programs for the Gelcaps(R) Primero La Familia line.
