The E.T. ET Horn's board has also asked Mr. Alley to retain his title as Chairman.

The Board considered Alley's longtime leadership and myriad business relationships, some spanning several decades, and concluded he would be key in the company's ability to prosper and seek new opportunities even in these times of economic uncertainty.

The Board will now consist of group presidents Zarkades, Bob Ahn and Kevin Salerno; Julie Wubbena, CFO; plus Alley, Martin, and former E.T. Horn President and current mentor Pat Marantette.
