Diana Simon, 49, former accounting supervisor for Kaneka Texas chemical company, a wholly-owner subsidary of Kaneka Japan, has plead guilty to charges of embezzling more than $3.6 million.

Simon has been allowed to stay on bond while she awaits sentencing, where she faces up to 20 years in prison, and a fine of $250,000.
