Reliv International, Inc., a developer, manufacturer and marketer of science-based nutritional supplements today introduced GlucAffect(TM), a powder-based supplement clinically shown, along with proper diet and exercise, to reduce blood glucose levels and help control weight.
In an eight-week clinical study of 50 overweight individuals with moderately elevated blood glucose levels, subjects taking GlucAffect lowered their fasting blood glucose by an average of 30 percent. Those individuals also lost an average of 16 pounds. Both results are statistically significant when compared with results for the control group.

One of GlucAffect's main active ingredients, Pycnogenol(R), is an antioxidant clinically shown to help lower high blood glucose levels and provide other health benefits.
