2006-10-18 - My Family Farm

Fort Thomas, Kentucky (October 18, 2006) My Family Farm announced today the winner of their charitable donation drawing promoted during Natural Products Expo East in Baltimore held earlier this month. Pat Bunch, owner of Herbal Harvest, was the lucky winner. A donation in the amount of $1,000 will be made by My Family Farm to Prevent Child Abuse America in the name of Pat and Herbal Harvest. She will receive a framed certificate to hang on the wall at Herbal Harvest announcing the donation. Pat has been offering nutritional counseling for the last 9 years at the 1200 square foot store located in Durham, North Carolina. Herbal Harvest also offers massage therapy and facials using organic and natural products. For more information, please visit their website at http://herbalharvestnet.nxg.verizonsupersite.com/.

On October 20, a check will be presented by Annie Bennett, My Family Farm’s President, to Prevent Child Abuse America, the company’s new charitable partner. According to Annie, “Our congratulations to Pat and her store for being a winner in our efforts to raise awareness about child abuse and how we can focus together as an industry on creating healthy families.” The charitable drawing is one of the many promotional activities that My Family Farm has created to increase awareness around protecting, nurturing and empowering America’s children.
