OrderDog Teams with SPINS to Dually Broaden Scope of Subscribers' Available Product, Consumer Information

LEWISVILLE, TX, October 26, 2005 - OrderDog (TM), Inc., a technology-based company that provides neutral and secure third party business-to-business services to increase supply chain efficiencies in the natural products industry, announced today its partnership with SPINS (R), Inc., the primary provider of information on market and consumer dynamics to the natural products industry. This partnership increases the reach and depth of the information currently available to OrderDog and SPINS subscribers.

OrderDog will integrate the SPINS Product Library into their own product database, giving all OrderDog subscribers information on an additional 400,000 natural products. Additionally, targeted retailers who use the OrderDog iPOS (TM) point of sale system will have access to integrated SPINSscan industry reporting services, comparing their store sales to the national and regional industry trends.

Through OrderDog's iPOS point of sale technology, SPINS will gather additional information on the buying habits of the natural product consumer, specifically, the independent retail shopper.
