FAIRFIELD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 7, 2002--Functional food manufacturer MLO/GeniSoy, Inc. will unveil its "GeniSoy(R) Chocolate Drenched Premium Soy Nuts" at The Natural Products Expo in Anaheim, California on March 8. "What makes this new product unique," reports Duke Field, VP Sales and Marketing, "is our premium quality soy nuts, roasted to perfection in our own state-of-the-art roaster, covered with the finest European chocolate available." Chocolate Covered Soy Nuts are the newest in an impressive line of soy-based food products manufactured and distributed by the company. Chocolate Drenched Premium Soy Nuts are surprisingly low in calories (only 140 per 1 ounce serving) and saturated fat (only 4 g per serving). In addition, each ounce serves up 3 grams of soy protein.
