NSF conducted a plant audit at the CPC facility in Long Island, NY to verify conformance to GMPs and will conduct periodic audits to verify continued conformance.  GMPs for the current NSF Dietary Supplements Program are based on industry recommended GMPs provided to FDA under FDA's Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and are included in NSF American National Standard 173-Dietary Supplements.  NSF will adopt FDA GMPs into the NSF/ANSI Standard once they become a final rule.
