(NASDAQ NMS: BHIP), an international direct-selling company, announced today that it has promoted Paul Rogers to the newly created position of President of Lexxus International from Vice President of Sales and Marketing responsible for distributor-base growth and international expansion.
Paul Rogers, age 39, began his career in this industry with Excel Communications as an independent distributor. From there, he helped to launch a start-up network marketing company Journey, becoming one of its top distributors. He was later National Sales Trainer for California-based Netwireless, and then Regional Sales Manager of Dallas-based Bearcom.
Recognized as having a great ability to build strong, top-producing teams, Paul was recruited to launch an e-commerce network marketing company called NuEWorld.com - a business model unlike any other in the industry at that time.
