(October 23, 2006; Monroe, Wisconsin) - Glanbia Nutritionals is pleased to announce the launch of its new corporate Web site at www.glanbianutritionals.com.
“Over the past few years, Glanbia Nutritionals has grown significantly in our R&D capabilities and in new product development,” said Glanbia’s marketing manager, Kelly Czerwonka. “Our new Web site successfully reflects how Glanbia is meeting market, application and formulation needs in the nutrition industry.”
The new site features sections devoted to the protein fortification, sports and performance, weight management, health and wellness, processed food, vitamin and mineral fortification, and personal care markets; detailed product and brand listings; and Glanbia’s solutions for a variety of applications such as beverages, bars, dairy and supplements. The site was designed so that users can be directed to one of Glanbia’s many brand lines through market, application or product searches depending on their needs.
The Web site also features “Ask an R&D Expert,” a unique interactive question-and-answer forum that allows users to pose technical questions to Glanbia’s R&D experts. All questions will be answered and returned to the user, and select questions and answers will be posted on the site. A literature library will also be available online.
“This new site feature will allow us to establish an open dialogue between our R&D team and our site users,” said Eric Bastian, Ph.D., vice president of research and development at Glanbia. “We want our customers to have convenient access to technical information because our product quality is constantly improving and our range is expanding. The more we can help them understand the many uses for our ingredients, the better their products will be. This feature helps to deliver that understanding.”
