Changing the company’s logo and designing a new website is part of Biodar’s strategic plan to shape the company’s image and get closer to its customers
Biodar (Israel), a subsidiary of LycoRed, launches a new user-friendly website and changes the company logo. As an emerging company with an innovative line of beadlets, minerals, vitamins and amino acids, shaping the company’s image becomes one of Biodar top priorities.
“The new logo reflects our strategy to develop and market innovative nutrients and help our customers in creating advanced solutions for healthier life. The ellipse wave represents our dynamic intention to serve our customers on time, continuously develop novel products and provide unique solutions,” Explains Udi Alroy, Marketing Director at Biodar. “Launching the new website demonstrates the importance of our goal to serve our customers and our network worldwide with the highest levels of customer-care.”
The new Biodar website is very dynamic, and Biodar intends to go on permanently providing exciting information on new products and new developments. The new website has user-friendly tools to search innovative products and premixes by catalogue or product applications. Moreover, Biodar’s customers and distributors can enjoy up-to-date information on the new intranet including data sheets and other certificates. It is a very useful tool for getting response on-line.
“Our goal is to improve our customer-orientation. Most companies are focused on developing new products, while our competitive edge lies in providing tailor-made solutions for specific problems in unique functional foods and supplements,” says Alroy. “Our new website will provide useful information for decision makers, while the new Biodar intranet will help our customers and our network to get more valuable data and receive our service in minimal time. We consulted with our customers and distributors in order to develop a comprehensive state-of-the-art website. During the website’s test run we’ve received excellent feedback.”
Hits on the new website increased by 23% in the last few weeks, due to the use of a better server, an improved location and by using powerful search keywords. “We expect to increase the hits of our website by 55% in 2005, by launching the new website and creating a powerful internet campaign.
