In this role, Das will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the quality assurance, quality  control and regulatory systems for BI.

Das has more than 13 years of quality and regulatory compliance management experience in the dietary supplement and personal care product industries.  She is a certified GMP auditor and is involved at different levels with leading industry organizations.  Prior to joining BI, Das was a chemistry lecturer at various California State Universities.  She holds a master's degree in chemistry from New Mexico Highlands University and a bachelor's degree in chemistry, which she earned with honors from Lady Brabourne College in Calcutta, India.
